  • Do you think it helps to share what you plan to change?

    In terms of changing things for the better in your life, do you think it helps to share it with people or keep it to yourself?
    Over the years I feel like I have done a bit of both and found it depends on what it is. When I voiced about getting in better shape, people were impressed but any time I messed up, they were right there to point it out which stressed me out. I guess it depends on who you tell and what you tell.
